How Your Data Flows

- License validation (one-time, on activation)

- Any personally identifiable information
Data Protection
Your disk can be encrypted using your operating system's built-in encryption (BitLocker, FileVault, LUKS). Your SMTP credentials are stored securely in the macOS Keychain — the same system that protects your other passwords.

GDPR / DSGVO Compliance
Outboxer's local-only architecture supports GDPR compliance by design:
- Data minimization — we don't collect what we don't need
- Data sovereignty — your data never leaves your control
- No third-party processors for contact data
- Easy deletion — remove the app and all data is gone
